- chop lau into fine pcs
- add oil to a kadai and heat
- add a teaspoon of mustard seed and one dried chilli to the hot oil
- when you hear the sputtering, add the lau
- cover and cook until all water comes out
- add salt to taste
- turn off the heat
- add 1/2 cup milk/cream
- add a tsp of ghee before serving
